Can I try Recordo for free?
Yes. You can try individual plans free for 14 days, with no credit card and no automatic renewal. Team plans have a 10-day free trial with 30 minutes per user.
Where is my data stored?
In certified data centres in Switzerland. For AI processing we use specialist providers. See our privacy policy for details.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any time. Change individual plans in the app; billing is through the App Store or Google Play. Team plans can be adjusted or cancelled each month.
Do you offer an Enterprise plan?
Yes. For larger organisations we offer custom contracts with an SLA, role management and integrations.
Does Recordo have team features?
Yes: shared templates, a shared document pool and member management. They are included from the Premium plan upwards and in all team plans.
How does billing work?
Individual plans are paid for through the App Store or Google Play. Team plans are paid monthly by credit card, TWINT or invoice.
