How does Recordo protect my documents?
Recordo uses AES-256 encryption for stored data and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Role-based access rules also apply down to document level. End-to-end encryption does not cover AI processing: recordings are sent encrypted to specialist providers, who transcribe and analyse them. See our privacy policy for details.
Can I set roles and permissions?
Yes. You can set detailed access for administrators, managers, team members and external users, down to individual documents or templates.
Can I use Recordo with my team?
Yes. Team features (shared templates, shared documents and central member management) are available from the Premium plan upwards and in all team plans.
