  • Provision of service: To convert your voice recordings into structured invoice documents (performance of contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR / Art. 31 FADP).

4. Special Note: AI Processing of Audio Data The core function of Recordo is based on Artificial Intelligence.

  • Your audio data is transmitted in encrypted form to our processing servers.

  • The data is analyzed exclusively for the creation of your documents.

  • Important: We do not use your individual business data to train public AI models from third-party providers. Your data remains in a secured, closed loop.

5. Data Disclosure and International Transfer We only disclose data to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g., hosting providers, specialized AI infrastructure providers). Since our infrastructure is located in Switzerland and the EU, your data is subject to a high level of protection. Should data be transferred to countries without adequate data protection (e.g., USA), we use standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission to guarantee the security of your data.
